most (if not all) of the items i am selling are bought from local & trusted collectors/sellers. i always check the authenticity of my items before buying/selling/trading. however, if you claim that i have sold you a fake item, kindly provide enough evidence to support this, and i will issue a 100% refund (item + shipping fee).

packing fee is usually free since i reuse and recycle materials

how i pack: item > sleeve > toploader > wrapper > sandwiched chipboard > bbw > pouch
